WHAT WE WORK ON

The seven systems that decide how long, and how well, you live.

Each one below is measured, ranked for you personally, and managed years before standard care would act. Read the short version here, and go deeper on any of them.

    01

    Heart and Vascular Disease

Finding the risk years before disease.

Heart and artery disease is the number one killer of men and women worldwide, and it builds silently for 10 to 20 years before a routine checkup would ever flag it. We go far beyond a standard cholesterol panel. We measure ApoB and Lp(a), the particles that actually clog arteries, check your inherited risk with ApoE and family history, and when it makes sense, image the arteries of your heart directly with a CT angiogram. Then we treat based on your lifelong risk, not just today's numbers. For our highest risk patients, that means driving ApoB below 40, far lower than standard care would ever aim.

    Cancer

Find risk early, not just disease.

The first rule of cancer is do not get cancer. The second rule of cancer is do not get cancer. The third rule is that if you do get it, find it as early as you can, when it is smallest and most treatable. We run some of the most thorough cancer screening protocols in the industry, guided by your family history, your genetics when it fits, and your personal risk. Every screening decision is made together with you, weighing the benefits and tradeoffs so you understand exactly why we are looking, and where.

    Brain Health and Dementia

We go after dementia risk decades early.

The changes that lead to dementia start quietly, often twenty or thirty years before any memory problem shows up, which is exactly when there is the most to do about them. Our prevention plan works on every lever we can pull: exercise and strength training designed specifically to protect the brain, keeping blood pressure under 120/80, optimizing your Omega 3 levels and homocysteine, and getting your lipids, sleep, and metabolic health where they need to be. What is good for the heart is good for the brain, and we push on both harder and earlier than a standard checkup does.

    Metabolic Health

We catch metabolic trouble years before diabetes.

Metabolic disease is a spectrum, and a normal A1c does not tell you where you sit on it. To keep blood sugar looking normal, your body can pump out more and more insulin for a decade before a standard checkup flags anything. We measure insulin directly, both fasting and during a two hour glucose challenge where we check glucose and insulin every 30 minutes. We look at your liver for early fat buildup and elevated enzymes, measure the fat packed around your organs with a DEXA scan, and track blood pressure. That lets us read the earliest warning signs while there is still time to change them.

Strength, Bones, and Staying Injury Free

Build strength now so age cannot take it.

One bad fall or fracture in your seventies can cost you muscle and independence you may never get back, so we do not wait for it to happen. Years ahead of time we measure your muscle mass, bone density, balance, and grip strength, then build real strength and steadier footing while those gains still come easily. We test bone density early and manage hormones closely so you hold onto as much bone as possible. The strength you build at forty is the reserve that keeps you on your feet at ninety.

    Immune Health and Inflammation

Your immune system ages, and inflammation rises.

Two things shift with age at the same time: your immune system gets slower at fighting off infections, and your body carries a low, steady level of inflammation you cannot feel. That quiet background inflammation is linked to many of the diseases people fear most, including dementia and heart disease. We work to lower it at the source by building muscle, reducing the fat stored around your organs, and improving sleep and metabolic health, which together keep your immune system stronger and your inflammation lower. When your symptoms or history point there, we also look for early autoimmune trouble and check your thyroid and gut.

    Emotional Health

Your mind changes how long you live.

Emotional health is the one part of health that can keep improving no matter your age, and it may matter more than people expect. Loneliness and chronic stress carry real physical risk, on par with the major diseases we screen for. So we treat this as part of the medicine, not an extra. We ask about your relationships, your purpose, your stress, and your sleep, and we help you build a life with strong connections to family, friends, and the things you love. A longer life is only worth it if it is a life you want to be living.
